What is IPV6-CONNECTIVITY-FAIL?

The system has no IPv6 connectivity while IPv4 functions normally. Modern applications and services increasingly require IPv6 (Microsoft services, Google, gaming platforms). IPv6 failure causes slow connection initiation as apps fall back to IPv4, and some services may be inaccessible or degraded. Windows shows 'No Internet access' for IPv6 in Network Status.
