What is OTP-TRIPPED?

OTP-TRIPPED is a critical-severity power supply unit (PSU) problem. The source's internal temperature sensors exceeded the safe limit and the source shut down. The usual suspects are power supply fan stuck, clogged dust filter on the bottom of the cabinet and the power supply is installed 'upside down' on a carpet.
